Our FBS Basis screw piles are fabricated from high-quality steel pipe, available in common sizes including Ø88.9, Ø114.3 and Ø139.7 with customizable lengths up to 2000mm and beyond. The steel spindle (helical flight) can be produced from flat bar steel, available in S-quality or Q-quality grades to match your project requirements. For prototype and sample testing, Q-grade flat bar is an economical alternative without sacrificing basic structural performance.
Each pile is produced following technical drawing specifications, with full material certificates supplied for every batch. Hot-dip galvanized coating is optional to offer superior corrosion resistance for long service life in soil environments. Compared with concrete foundations, helical screw piles save construction time, require no concrete curing and create minimal site disturbance. They can be loaded immediately after installation.
