Outdoor engineering foundations, especially those in humid, saline-alkali or high-altitude cold areas, are constantly threatened by corrosion. Our hot-dip galvanized spiral ground piles, armed with thick galvanized layer protection, break through the limitations of harsh outdoor environments. They not only stand firm against rust for a long time but also provide stable and reliable support for PV power stations, communication towers and other outdoor projects, becoming the first choice for outdoor foundation construction.
The secret to withstanding outdoor corrosion lies in the thick galvanized layer forged through strict craftsmanship. We use a four-stage pretreatment process to ensure the pile surface is free of rust, oil and oxides, and then immerse it in 450±5℃ zinc liquid. Driven by a servo motor system, the pile body is lifted and lowered at a constant speed to form a 95μm average thickness zinc-iron alloy layer—10μm higher than the national standard and 20μm higher than the industry average. This dense layer is like a "corrosion-resistant armor" that firmly adheres to the pile body, even if there is a slight scratch, the zinc layer will sacrifice itself to protect the internal steel from corrosion.
