Factory control starts with raw materials—we only select Q355 high-strength steel, with each batch inspected for tensile strength and ductility. The fully automated production line realizes precision processing of spiral blades: variable-pitch parameters (140-210mm) are set by computer numerical control, and blade thickness (16mm) is monitored in real time. Quality starts with "layers", and our hot-dip galvanizing process strictly practices the concept of "Higher Galvanized Layer, More Uniform Coverage". To eliminate coverage dead ends, we upgraded the pretreatment to a four-stage system: shot blasting for deep derusting, alkaline degreasing, acid pickling for oxide removal, and activation treatment. This ensures the pile surface is as smooth as a mirror, laying the foundation for seamless zinc layer adhesion.
During galvanizing, we use a large-capacity zinc pot with intelligent temperature control to keep the zinc liquid at 450±5℃. The pile body is hoisted by a servo motor system, lifting and lowering at a constant 0.8m/min to avoid uneven thickness caused by speed fluctuations. Every millimeter of thickness meets standards: the final zinc layer reaches 90-95μm, 5%-12% higher than the 85μm national standard. Full-area uniform coverage is guaranteed by a 360° rotating spray auxiliary device, which ensures even zinc liquid wrapping on spiral blade corners, weld joints and other hard-to-coat parts, with no gaps or thin spots. Each pile undergoes triple inspections: ultrasonic thickness gauges test 5 random points, a magnifying glass checks for pinholes, and a tape test verifies adhesion. Salt spray testing proves it resists 1000 hours of corrosion—25% longer than the industry average 800 hours. Before delivery, unqualified products are eliminated. On-site, technicians recheck the anti-corrosion layer before installation, ensuring the "corrosion barrier" is intact.
Practical results prove this strict control: in Shandong's coastal saline-alkali PV project and Qinghai's high-altitude cold project, our piles have operated stably for years without rust or displacement. Service life exceeds 30 years, with no frequent maintenance like traditional piles. From factory to project, every link is strictly controlled—choose our hot-dip galvanized spiral ground piles, and gain true peace of mind for your project.
