In the field of infrastructure construction, especially for PV power stations and large-scale engineering projects, the quality of ground piles directly relates to the safety and service life of the entire project. Yuhao ground piles, relying on dual core advantages of hot-dip galvanizing protection and spiral force bearing, have become a benchmark for high-quality foundation products, withstanding the test of harsh environments and time, and providing solid support for various key projects.
Hot-dip galvanizing protection is the "corrosion-resistant armor" of Yuhao ground piles, solving the common pain point of foundation corrosion in complex environments. Adopting the fully automated hot-dip galvanizing process, Yuhao strictly controls every link from raw material pretreatment to zinc liquid temperature. The zinc liquid is maintained at a constant temperature of 450℃, ensuring that the pile surface forms a uniform and dense zinc-iron alloy layer with a thickness of up to 90μm—surpassing the national standard of 85μm and the industry average of 70μm. This alloy layer has strong adhesion and can firmly attach to the pile body. Even if the surface is slightly scratched, the zinc layer will form a sacrificial anode protection, preventing the internal steel from being corroded.
Practical application has fully verified the durability of this anti-corrosion technology. In the 200MW PV project in the coastal saline-alkali area of Shandong, where the annual average relative humidity is over 80% and the salt content in the soil is high, Yuhao ground piles have been in operation for 10 years, and the surface is still free of rust and peeling. In the high-altitude cold area of Qinghai, where temperature difference between day and night exceeds 20℃ and freezing-thawing cycles are frequent, the zinc layer of the ground piles remains intact, effectively resisting the erosion of cold and moisture. Compared with traditional painted ground piles that need to be maintained every 3-5 years, Yuhao ground piles have a service life of more than 30 years, greatly reducing later maintenance costs.
The spiral force-bearing structure is another core strength of Yuhao ground piles, creating a stable "root system" for the foundation. The R&D team has conducted thousands of geological simulation tests and optimized the spiral design. The spiral blades adopt a variable-pitch structure—with a dense pitch of 140mm in the upper section to enhance lateral stability and a moderate pitch of 210mm in the lower section to improve penetration efficiency. The blade thickness is increased to 16mm, and high-strength Q355 steel is used to ensure that it does not deform during screwing. This structure enables the ground pile to form a tight "mechanical interlock" with the soil, dispersing the upper load to a larger soil range.
