In the fast-paced PV and construction industries, construction efficiency and foundation reliability are the dual cores of project success. Yuhao hot-dip galvanized ground piles, with the core advantage of "no excavation needed, spiral into the ground", have broken through the limitations of traditional foundation construction, making complex foundation work simpler, more efficient and more durable.
The "no excavation" spiral installation method is the key to simplifying construction. Unlike traditional pile foundation construction that requires large-scale excavation, earthwork backfilling and concrete curing, Yuhao ground piles rely on their optimized spiral blade structure to be directly screwed into the ground by professional equipment. This process avoids the mess caused by excavation, reduces the impact on the surrounding environment by more than 60%, and is especially suitable for environmentally sensitive areas such as grasslands and mountainous areas. The whole installation process of a single pile only takes 3-5 minutes, which is 80% faster than the traditional cast-in-place pile. In a 150MW PV project in Inner Mongolia, the construction team completed the installation of 2,000 ground piles in just 3 days, greatly shortening the project's foundation construction period.
While simplifying construction, Yuhao ground piles also have excellent durability thanks to the full-body hot-dip galvanizing technology. The pile surface is covered with a uniform zinc-iron alloy coating with a thickness of over 86μm, which is far higher than the industry standard of 65μm. This coating forms a dense protective layer that can effectively resist corrosion from saline-alkali soil, humid air and industrial pollutants. Practical data shows that in the coastal saline-alkali area of Guangdong and the high-humidity mountainous area of Yunnan, Yuhao ground piles have maintained no rust or corrosion for more than 25 years, which is twice the service life of ordinary painted piles. In the 80MW PV project in the coastal area of Zhejiang, after 8 years of wind and rain erosion, the ground piles still support the PV modules stably, with no signs of structural damage.
